To make purchases on Belle Forme Online Store you do not need to register however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Item search:

To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.

Product information

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and use of the item. Click on the product image to see more images of said product. To zoom in and see all of the details, simply hover over the image. Please note that some items will be marked "Sold Out" at the bottom of the Category Page Product Image, meaning they are no longer available to purchase.

How to order

  1. From the item page, select the desired color first
  2. Once the color is selected, you will see alll available sizes
  3. Select the size you want. For additional help please refer to the size chart
  4. Once you have finished selecting the color and size, simply click on "Add to Bag"
  5. Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag
  6. Select a shipping method and a payment method
  7. Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
  8. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy Now". After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.From this moment on our professional staff will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.

Payment Method

Belle Forme online store accepts the following payment methods:
Card: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover and PayPal. 
The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.


Shipping

Delivery times begin one business day after your order is shipped, and not when it is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our center.

USPS is our courier for all shipments unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.


Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on BelleForme.com within 7 days of the delivery date by following these steps:
  1. Fill out the Return Form.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags attached and all packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. All sale items are final sale.  
  4. Shipping charges will apply to all returned items, unless you used a free return promo. If you use the return lable provided by Belle Forme for your return, a charge of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Returns to exchange color or size will be subject to new shipping charges for the new item, in addition to return shipping charges, unless you use a free return promo, then only shipping charges for the substituted color and/or size will apply. 

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches us (Belle Forme), please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
